Amy Day

President
Amy has 19 years’ experience in strategic leadership, marketing and communications, specifically in the areas of strategic planning; digital marketing and management; branding; copywriting; market research; special events; proposals and presentations; client relations; and developing firm identity materials and client publications. She obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Texas at Arlington and received her Master of Business Administration in Marketing Consulting and Strategic Leadership from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business. She has been recognized as a Cox Distinguished Business Leader and has been certified in Customer Service Excellence by the Disney Institute.

Catherine Kolbeck

Vice President, Brand Development
Catherine is an expert at clarifying client’s business challenges and supporting them with comprehensive planning and implementation targeted at delivering a measurable return on investment. With over 20 years of experience in the areas of strategic and tactical marketing, Catherine is an interactive leader with first-rate interpersonal skills that motivates and supports both team members and clients. She has an English writing degree from DePauw University and has led corporate marketing teams in manufacturing, customer service and nonprofit settings, specifically clients such as corporate and commercial fitness centers and Jewish Community Centers over the past 15 years. Specialties include: client relationships, strategic marketing, internal and external communications and marketing measurement.

Michelle Eisenhart

VP, Digital Marketing
Michelle has over 20 years experience in marketing. Her start in finance and sales shaped her marketing career, driving a passion to show that marketing can and should realize a return on investment. Michelle helps companies create sales and marketing programs that will drive sales and differentiate them in the market place. Within the past 10 years, the growth of digital marketing as a critical component of the total marketing strategy has nicely aligned with Michelle’s passion for marketing. At Cowtown Creative, Michelle helps clients use digital marketing to drive their sales and business goals.

Becky Dolgener

Lead Marketing Strategist
Becky has worked in communications and marketing for 20 years. Having earned a BS in Speech Communication from Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas, she specializes in content creation, editing, graphic design, project management, branding, and reputation management. Becky is raising two Texas gentlemen and teaching them to two-step, say, “Yes, ma’am,” and open doors for ladies.

Katie Robinson

Creative Director
Katie Robinson, a native St. Louisan, attended the University of Kansas and Webster University, receiving her B.F.A. with an emphasis in graphic design. She has over 23 years of experience seeing through the clutter to produce award-winning, strategic communications. Katie has worked for a boutique design firm specializing in corporate communications, owned her own design company serving a variety of industries and is a past adjunct teacher in graphic design for Webster University. She understands the importance of bringing brand consistency and authentic messaging to all the projects that she touches. Specialties include: annual reports, publications, branding, social media campaigns, displays, signage, packaging and web sites.

Malinda Hall

Facebook Advertising Specialist
Malinda is a social media enthusiast with a background in both sales and marketing. Prior to joining Red Whisk Creative, she worked in radio sales, direct sales and then as a Marketing Specialist for a national homebuilder. Malinda enjoys the challenge of helping businesses grow and reach their target audience through the power of social media and digital advertising. She believes it is important to stay on top of the constantly evolving social landscape and enjoys learning new ways to help our clients best utilize their social media networks in their marketing campaigns. Malinda has a B.A. in Communication with a minor in Marketing from Saint Louis University.
